ATEC Bottom Outlet Ball Valve Type_BL


Low sump area

By the use of an angled stem design and the direct mounting to the vessel bottom flange, the ATEC bottom outlet ball valve ensures flush fitting with the vessel inner bottom.

Cavity free

The usual cavity between ball and housing in non- cavity free ball valves give cause for disturbance because residual products can crystallize, polymerize and so affect the function.

Spring loaded ball sealing system

Approximately same torque at different temperatures This request can only be achieved by ball valves with a spring-loaded sealing system. Different heat expansion of metallic and synthetic material cause high torques by non spring-loaded sealing systems so that the valve can block and does not open or close anymore.

Longer lifetime through spring- loaded sealing system. Spring-loaded cavity free ball valves achieve this improvement in a variety of processes. At abrasion, the spring-loaded sealing system guarantees a controlled compression of the ball sealing so that longer sealing life and leak-tightness can be realized

Intermediate flange version

The ball valve is mounted into the vessel bottom flange and assembled by closely to the housing passing screws via tightening flange. This design ensures a compact, lightweight and short construction..

ATEC Combi-tightenin -flange

Unlike a standard flange, the ATEC combi- tightening flange allows an easier disassembly of the pipeline. While the ball valve remains mounted in vessel pad flange, the pipeline can be removed. The Combi- tightening flange has two bolt circles - a bolt circle for securing the ball valve on the container flange, the second bolt circle for forwarding to the pipeline.
