FAQ
ATEC manufactures every ball valve as a tailored solution for the specific process. Materials include high-grade stainless steels, duplex, titanium, Hastelloy® and other special alloys that perform reliably even with aggressive media, high temperatures and special pressure requirements. Material selection is process-oriented to ensure maximum corrosion resistance, tightness and service life.
ATEC ball valves are designed to customer specifications and are used in the chemical, specialty chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food and agricultural industries. They are suitable for liquids, powders, granulates, emulsions and gases and, thanks to their dead-space-free design, are ideal for demanding process conditions.
Thanks to in-house development, manufacturing and assembly in Nieder-Olm, ATEC can respond flexibly to project-specific requirements. Delivery times for custom ball valves are typically between 6 and 12 weeks depending on design, material and project complexity. Spare parts can also be provided quickly.
For individual advice or a quotation, you can contact the ATEC team in Nieder-Olm directly. Our experts review your process requirements, material preferences and design needs, then provide tailored solution proposals and a concrete quotation. You can reach us by phone, email or through the contact form on the website.
The values depend on design, material and sealing system. Metal-seated ball valves can handle temperatures from -196 degrees C to +500 degrees C at pressures from -1 to +80 bar, while other versions can be designed for pressures up to +250 bar. Every solution is individually adapted to the process conditions.
