Starting this spring, we are introducing a <strong>4-day workweek with a 36-hour workweek<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"lead\">\nFor our employees, this means <strong>working Monday through Thursday\u2014with Friday off. And all this with full pay<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-face4ca e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"face4ca\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-11f0a8c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"11f0a8c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"lead\" style=\"color:#333\">Work more efficiently through optimized processes<\/h4>\n<p class=\"lead\">\nA key consideration in the implementation of our new work schedule is <strong>maintaining our company\u2019s performance<\/strong> levels. Over the past few months, we have analyzed and specifically optimized our internal processes. Thanks to more efficient processes and better organization of workflows, we can make more effective use of our working hours.<\/p>\n<p class=\"lead\">Our goal is clear: <strong>productivity will remain consistently high despite shorter weekly working hours<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5addbf5 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"5addbf5\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7669082 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7669082\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"lead\" style=\"color:#333\">Additional strength through new skilled workers <\/h4>\n<p class=\"lead\">\nAnother key element is <strong>attracting new employees<\/strong>. Modern work schedules are playing an increasingly important role in the competition for qualified professionals.\nBy introducing the 4-day workweek, we aim to further enhance our appeal as an employer and attract new professionals to ATEC. This will strengthen our teams and create additional capacity.<\/p>\n<p class=\"lead\">We are convinced that the introduction of the 4-day workweek will not only benefit our employees but will also have a positive impact on our company. Through more efficient processes, motivated teams, and additional skilled workers, we see this as a sustainable boost to our performance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"lead\">The coming months will be an exciting phase for us.\nThe introduction of the 4-day workweek will also involve adjustments to our workflows and structures. We will continue to refine processes, gather experience, and continuously optimize the new framework.
