For our employees, this means working Monday through Thursday—with Friday off. And all this with full pay.
Work more efficiently through optimized processes
A key consideration in the implementation of our new work schedule is maintaining our company’s performance levels. Over the past few months, we have analyzed and specifically optimized our internal processes. Thanks to more efficient processes and better organization of workflows, we can make more effective use of our working hours.
Our goal is clear: productivity will remain consistently high despite shorter weekly working hours.
Additional strength through new skilled workers
Another key element is attracting new employees. Modern work schedules are playing an increasingly important role in the competition for qualified professionals. By introducing the 4-day workweek, we aim to further enhance our appeal as an employer and attract new professionals to ATEC. This will strengthen our teams and create additional capacity.

We will continue to refine processes, gather experience, and continuously optimize the new framework. Our goal is to learn from these changes and position our company to be even more efficient and future-proof in the long term.
